Living in a city as packed with people as Somerville (the most densely populated city in New England) and Cambridge (falling not far behind), our personal outdoor space is generally limited to a small deck or patio — if we’re lucky! Fortunately, we do have access to a variety of public resources that allow us to get out and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air – here’s a sampling:
Parks, Open Spaces, Trails: City of Cambridge Parks and Open Spaces City of Somerville Parks and Open Spaces Department of Conservation’s Parks in Greater Boston Friends of the Community Path (Somerville) Charles River Esplanade Fresh Pond Reservoir
